4. Payments and Billing
* Payments shall be made as per the mutually agreed project milestones or payment schedule.
* Delayed or incomplete payments may result in suspension of work until dues are cleared.
* All payments are non-refundable once the work has commenced, except in cases of contractual breach by Sannihita Constructions.
5. Project Timelines
* Project completion timelines are provided in good faith based on the scope of work.
* Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, government restrictions, material shortages, or client-side delays shall not hold Sannihita Constructions liable.
6. Design and Approval
* All designs, drawings, and plans prepared by Sannihita Constructions remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
* Client approval is required before proceeding to the next stage of construction. Any change after approval may attract additional charges.
7. Materials and Quality
* Sannihita Constructions uses high-quality materials as per agreed specifications.
* If a client requests a change in materials or specifications, it will be subject to revised cost and timeline.
* Quality checks and inspections are conducted throughout the construction process to ensure compliance with company standards.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to:

* Ensure timely payments as per schedule.
* Communicate design changes or concerns in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sannihita Constructions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the respective project.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice under the following conditions:
* Non-compliance with agreed terms
* Repeated delays or non-payment
* Mutual consent
Upon termination, the client shall pay for work completed up to the date of termination.
11. Confidentiality
All project-related information, drawings, and communications shall be treated as confidential by both parties and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All creative concepts, designs, plans, or blueprints developed by Sannihita Constructions remain the property of the company unless transferred through written agreement after full payment.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws on India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
14. Modifications to Terms
